Good Ghost Sites
T.A.P.S. - These guys seem to have open minds, but do not jump to conclusions. They have also debunked some cases. Their TV show is very good too.
Ghost Hunters Toolbox - This is a good site on the devices that can help when ghost hunting. As always, devices can come up with false readings, but they can help too.
Obiwan's UFO-Free Paranormal Page - I enjoyed looking through this site. There's quite a bit of information on it, photos, stories and they even mention some frauds.
Ghost Photographs - This is a site with ghost photos. Unfortunately these days it is too easy to create a ghost photo by use of Photoshop and trick photography. But hey, they are still fun to look at, and who knows, maybe some are real.
Eastern State Penitentiary - This is one place I would love to visit. It has to be haunted due to all the deaths and violence that occurred here. My wife and I were in Philadelphia a few years ago, but the prison was closed (bummer). The 360 degree views are great! Spending the night there must be quite the experience.
